Humaid Saeed Al Dhaheri

Humaid is a fervent leader with exemplary communication and diplomatic skills, boasting extensive expertise in economic, social, and regulatory matters across the GCC region. As a retired UAE full colonel and former military pilot, Humaid's seasoned background spans the defense, aviation, and commercial sectors. He actively engages with various international business consortia in the UAE, fostering bilateral trade and investment initiatives.
As Vice Chairman and co-founder of Bin Hilal Enterprises (BHE), Humaid oversees multi-million-dollar programs, from mission system integrations to weapon systems for air, naval, and land forces. BHE also sources parts for military and commercial aircraft platforms and provides services supporting the oil & gas, food & beverages, travel & tourism, and manufacturing industries.
In his role as Chairman of BHE Land Systems, Humaid offers invaluable advice and guidance from his decades of defense industry experience. He has the ability to bring international defense companies and governments together, successfully supporting the delivery of multiple programs across the GCC region that benefit localization and strengthen national industry.
Humaid serves on the Board of Directors for Al Ahlia Group, providing strategic counsel to an international portfolio that includes renowned brands such as Coca-Cola, La Brioche, and Sharp in the UAE market. Additionally, he is the Honorary Chairman of the Swedish Business Council and participates in various business groups within the UAE. His philanthropic endeavors include involvement with charitable organizations such as Folds of Honor, which provides life-changing scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen or disabled military personnel.

Andrew is a seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the defense, humanitarian, and commercial sectors. As an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Andrew is dedicated to empowering the next generation of business leaders and innovators.
In his role as Vice-Chairman, Director, and personal investor in BHE Land Systems, Andrew leverages his extensive experience in designing and delivering $1B US/NATO MRO programs to enhance localization and strengthen national defense industries across the GCC region. His efforts have been instrumental in advancing defense capabilities and fostering industry growth in this critical sector.
With a deep-rooted passion for defense, Andrew has worked on numerous high-profile projects, collaborating with governments and leading international defense firms to deliver cutting-edge solutions. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have consistently driven excellence and innovation, making a significant impact on the global defense landscape.
Beyond the defense industry, Andrew is committed to fostering emerging business leaders through his involvement on multiple advisory boards. His personal investment portfolio includes interests in the Sports & Fitness and Real Estate sectors. Additionally, Andrew's philanthropic efforts, particularly his support for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS), highlight his commitment to positively impacting the lives of others.

Tigran is a dedicated financial executive with over 14 years of experience in the defense, humanitarian, and commercial sectors. Known for his financial expertise, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication, Tigran consistently drives sustainable growth and value creation.
As Group Chief Financial Officer for BHE Land Systems and AMS, Tigran leverages his financial acumen and global perspective to provide strategic guidance to the Board of Directors. He excels in deciphering complex financial data and navigating dynamic business landscapes, demonstrating proficient problem-solving abilities and innovative risk mitigation.
Transitioning from a commercial telecoms background, Tigran has successfully adapted to the defense and humanitarian sectors. Fluent in French, English, Russian, and Armenian, he bridges cultural gaps and facilitates international collaborations, fostering robust stakeholder relationships and mutual success.
Tigran holds a bachelor's degree in Management and a Master’s Degree in Finance & Control from Université Jean-Moulin, Lyon, France. As a Fellow of the ACCA, he exemplifies a commitment to continuous learning and industry-leading practices.
