As the Program Supply Manager at BHE Land Systems, Stuart oversees supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining seamless supplier-client relationships.
Stuart's finished his military career in a senior management role where he served as the single point of contact for an Armoured Infantry Company’s supply accounts. He was responsible for overseeing the unit’s equipment, valued in excess of £35 million, as well as maintaining all military personnel kit and equipment. His meticulous management ensured operational readiness and efficiency at all times. In the private sector, Stuart continues to demonstrate his expertise in supply chain management, delivering effective solutions and fostering strong supplier relationships. His strategic approach and attention to detail have consistently driven improvements in operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ross has over 20 years’ experience in the management, inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair of complex electro-mechanical equipment. He has spent 10 years operating in post-conflict zones and is focused on applying operational knowledge of wheeled platform maintenance and problem-solving while adhering to all industry regulations. He is Ex-military, having served in the British Army with the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (REME) and is experienced in delivering training, mentorship and equipment support to Armed Forces throughout the Middle East and Asia. Ross is currently based in Abu Dhabi and supports all BHE LS Field Support Representatives and clients nationally and internationally with diagnostics, life support and mentorship.
